Hey Grade 4's,
Think back to the play we saw yesterday at the Lorraine Kimsa Young People's Theatre. Think about how words and actions affected the Monkey King, Monkey Prince, and the empress. The time where the empress tried to brainwash the Monkey Prince is a very good example of how words affect us - the empress made the Prince believe that his father was not important and he did not even recognize him...

The empress changed the the Monkey Prince in words by saying "Your parents may love you but not as much as Empress Doyer".The Warriors changed Empress Doyers feeling in actions by taking her away from the kingdom. The monkey Prince changed the Monkey Kings feelings in words by saying "Who is this stranger in front of me". That the Power of Words And actions.
The words and actions did affect them alot.
The actions are the Monkey KING shot the Monkey Prince and the emperest made him alive but he had to follow her orders. Then the Monkey KING came and took out the shot and he saved him and didn't listen to the emperest and then

We learned about him in a presentation in the library. He did good things for people and helped people. He respected people, and he didn't fight physically. He fought with good words only.

Martin Luter King is a great part of U.S.A. His words helped all most the whole world. And the most importent part is he used no vilonce. In the Forbidden Phoenix
